Where Nepal's ideas
become products.

Every project here began with the same question: "Why doesn't this exist yet?"

Engineers, one mission

How we work

Three words. One process.

01 / Lab

We experiment.

Not every idea we try becomes a product. We run experiments, build prototypes, and kill what doesn't work. What survives is what you see below.

02 / Innovation

We create new things.

Nepal deserves tools that were built for Nepal — not imported and translated. We start with the problem, not the solution.

03 / Incubation

We grow ideas into products.

The idea is never the hard part. We take it into the field, put it in front of real people, and stay until it works. Then we ship.

Why it's different

Most software studios start
with a client. We started with problems nobody else was solving.

The usual way

  • Problems picked to fit a grant, not real people
  • Built once, shipped, forgotten
  • No one around when it breaks

Pahadi Labs

  • We build what we would use ourselves
  • We stay until it works — crops, floods, earthquakes, bhajans, all of it
  • A farmer, a flood-prone village, or someone missing their bhajans — all can call us

Why we exist

Most of Nepal's problems don't make headlines. We build for them anyway.

Nobody tracks crop prices for a farmer in Morang.

So we built KrishiPatro. He's the one who asked.

Nobody was watching river levels in real time.

So we built FloodWatch. The water wasn't going to wait.

Nobody sends an alert when the ground moves.

So we built NPEQ. Now something does.

Nobody was going to build Bhajan Sangraha for me.

So I did — I just wanted my own bhajans in one place.

Nobody asked us to care about any of this. We just do.

Technologies we build with

Nepal's problems don't wait. Neither should you.

Say hello.

Not a services company. But if you're a cooperative, NGO, or government body who wants to talk about KrishiPatro — we want to hear from you.
